PreGov texts you only about your own account: one-time verification codes, notifications you asked for, and replies to support conversations you started. No marketing. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

These terms describe the PreGov SMS program. It is operated by Kimeur Labs, LLC, which owns PreGov, as part of the Kimeur Labs SMS messaging program. All messages are sent from the toll-free number +1 (888) 604-1118, which Kimeur Labs, LLC shares across its brands.
Every message from PreGov begins with “PreGov:”, so you always know which brand is texting you. The program-wide terms for every Kimeur Labs, LLC brand are published at kimeurlabs.com/sms-terms.
We only send messages that you have asked for, and never marketing or promotional messages:
PreGov: Your verification code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.

Today PreGov signs you in with your email address and password and does not ask for a phone number; alerts go by email, push and Slack. You join the SMS program only if you give us your mobile number yourself, on pregov.com:
By providing your mobile number and tapping 'Send code', you agree to receive SMS messages from PreGov (Kimeur Labs, LLC) about your account and requests, including one-time verification codes. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy, use or pay for PreGov. Every account and every plan works without a phone number.
We never add numbers to the program from purchased lists, from third parties, or from any source other than you.
Message frequency varies with your account activity and the alerts you set up, for example one message per verification code you request. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
You can stop receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message from +1 (888) 604-1118. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Because the number is shared, the confirmation comes from Kimeur Labs.
Opting out stops text messages from this number for every Kimeur Labs, LLC brand, including PreGov. If you opt out, we cannot send you verification codes or alerts by SMS.
Kimeur Labs: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email us at hello@pregov.com. The reply to HELP reads:

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive.
We never sell your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent, and we never share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages, such as Twilio, and only for that purpose.
